ESTATE PLANNING

The Dicus Law Firm, PC designs and helps implement estate plans for individual clients.  Such plans include charitable and other gift planning which may enable clients to minimize estate taxes and costs of administration. Such services include the preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, living wills, pre-nuptial agreements, charitable remainder trusts, family limited partnerships and other wealth transfer instruments. 

ESTATE AND TRUST ADMINISTRATION

The Dicus Law Firm, PC provides legal counsel to fiduciaries and beneficiaries in connection with the administration of estates and trusts and the probate of decedents’ estates.  Such services also include the preparation and filing of federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns and decedents’ final individual income tax returns.
